Tröppel Container 019 – for gravity-fed horizontal barriers

The Tröppl is a reservoir for the pressureless injection of low-viscosity injection agents into walls. The 750 ml capacity container allows for extremely simple and safe filling of boreholes with the chosen injection agents. The system operates on the well-known siphon principle and automatically delivers just enough injection agent to fill the borehole. Overfilling is completely impossible with this principle, so additional sealing etc. is not necessary. The consumption of liquid through the individual boreholes is easy to monitor. The Tröppl thus enables efficient and controlled application of injection liquids into the boreholes, with little effort and at minimal cost, as the sturdy PE container can be reused again and again.

For application, the Tröppl is simply hung into the prepared angled boreholes and filled with the injection liquid. The injection process then starts automatically and adjusts itself to the suction behavior of the building material. Voids, holes, and gaps are easily detected during drilling and can be treated accordingly.
