ProInject 403 – re-injectable injection hose 50 m

Injection hose - re-injectable PRO-Inject is a functionally reliable injection system for the subsequent sealing of construction joints in concrete structures. By injecting cement suspension or synthetic resins such as polyurethane, epoxy or acrylate resins, joints and defects in the concrete are sealed securely and permanently. Its simple and sophisticated design makes it technically superior to all other hose systems. Pro-Inject can be flushed out after each injection and used for further injections if required. Pro-Inject 403 is exceptionally flexible and therefore easy to install even around sharp corners, edges and offsets (even in winter!). The square cross-section of Pro-Inject guarantees excellent, uniform joint contact and thus optimal distribution of the injection agent - much better than conventional round injection hoses!

To utilize the full functionality of Pro-Inject 403, we recommend the use of HydroBloc Inject 583. This injection resin is an acrylate system and can be flushed out of the hose with water after injection. This cleaning process allows Pro-Inject 403 to be re-injected. Pro-Inject 403 is supplied in rolls or pre-assembled ready for installation. Handling and installation Pro-Inject 403 is installed centrally in the joint area or attached to waterstops, crack-inducing elements, sheet pile profiles, etc., and can be installed wherever shrinkage cracks occur due to the natural shrinkage of concrete and water can penetrate.

Pro-Inject 403 is supplied pre-assembled ready for installation or in rolls. The pre-assembled hoses consist of 10 meters of injection hose and two 70 cm long connection pieces in different colors ("injection ends"). For the rolls, pre-assembled connection ends are supplied in sets, which also contain the necessary accessories (shrink sleeves and superglue). Pre-assembled hoses are easy and simple to customize on site. To do this, the hose is shortened between the ends by the appropriate length (a sharp knife or scissors are sufficient), the remaining ends are joined with a connecting sleeve and fixed with a drop of superglue. Sophisticated accessories complement the hose and make installation easy even for inexperienced installers.

Pro-Inject 403 is attached to the concrete with mounting clips; two types are available – with a dowel profile for drill holes or a type for shooting (or nailing). The connection ends are secured in storage boxes, which are easily attached to the reinforcement and are easily accessible after formwork removal. System accessories Mounting clip 414: Fiber-reinforced plastic clip, suitable for shooting or nailing. Mounting clip 415: Fiber-reinforced plastic clip with dowel profile for drill holes. Assembly set 413: Contains pre-assembled connection ends in two colors, shrink sleeves and superglue. Sufficient for assembling 10 injection hoses. Storage box 417: For safe storage of the injection ends. Simple installation on the reinforcement (behind the formwork). Injection pliers 427: Quick-release pliers with integrated hose nozzle and connection nipple for sliding couplings.
