Injection Round 402 – injection hose for sealing construction joints 50 m

Injection 402 is a cost-effective injection hose for sealing construction joints.

Injection 402 consists of rubber granulate and features a porous wall through which the injection resin is released in a controlled manner. The hose is treated with a special impregnation that prevents cement paste from penetrating, adhering to, or sintering into the structure and the injection channel. This makes Injection 402 a very reliable system for sealing construction joints in concrete structures, suitable for all types of injection resins.

Handling and installation

Injection 402 is installed centrally in the joint space or attached to waterstops, crack-inducing elements, sheet pile profiles, etc., and can be installed anywhere that concrete shrinkage may lead to gaps where water could penetrate.

Injection 402 is supplied ready-to-install or as coiled stock. The pre-assembled hoses consist of 10 meters of injection hose and two 70 cm long connection pieces in different colors ("grout ends"). For the coiled stock, pre-assembled connection ends are supplied in sets that also include the necessary accessories (shrink sleeves and superglue). Pre-assembled hoses are easy to adjust on-site. To do this, the hose is shortened between the ends to the required length (a sharp knife or shears are sufficient), the remaining ends are joined with a connector sleeve and fixed with a drop of superglue. Well-thought-out accessories complement the hose and make installation easy even for inexperienced users.

Injection 402 is attached to the concrete using mounting clips; two types are available – one with a plug profile for drilled holes or a type for shooting (or nailing). The connection ends are secured in junction boxes, which are easily attached to the reinforcement and are readily accessible after the formwork is removed.

Grouting pliers 427: Quick-release pliers with integrated hose nozzle and connection nipple for sliding couplings. For a quick and secure connection between injection pumps and grout ends.
