HydroMoll 522 - Care and preservation agent for injection systems

HydroMoll 522 is a care and preservation agent for injection systems. In processing machines for epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and polyester resins, HydroMoll 522 reliably prevents valves from sticking and deposits from forming due to resin residues. The product is compatible with all typical polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylic resins. If machines and piping systems/hoses are filled completely with HydroMoll 522 after being thoroughly cleaned/flushed with a cleaning agent (HydroSolv 520), they are optimally preserved and protected. The dreaded incrustations and deposits do not form, and the equipment is immediately ready for use and operationally reliable when needed. HydroMoll 522 can remain in the equipment for a long time – even for years – without fear of damage to seals, valves, or hoses. Corrosion on metal parts is also reliably prevented. VERY IMPORTANT: Unlike the preservation with machine oil often recommended, HydroMoll is also chemically matched to the injection resins. Flushing the machines before commissioning can therefore generally be dispensed with; it is sufficient if the preservative is displaced from the system by the fresh injection material.
