Acrylate gel for sealing work, curtain injections, and exterior membrane injections. HydroBloc Polygel 530 is a low-viscosity, water-miscible, highly reactive injection agent. It is produced from special acrylic compounds using a proprietary ARCAN process. After mixing with the reaction initiator, HydroBloc-530 reacts to form a highly elastic hydrogel, a water-containing plastic. User-friendly due to flexible reaction speed. With one product, you can achieve times from 10 seconds to 120 minutes. HydroBloc Polygel 530 is chemically very resistant and does not age. Areas of application
Gels contain water and should therefore only be used in permanently damp areas to prevent them from drying out. Dried-out gel bodies made of HydroBloc Polygel will absorb water immediately upon renewed contact and swell back to their original volume. HydroBloc Polygel consists of multiple components and can be processed with a 1-component pump for long reaction times and with a 2-component pump for short reaction times. The mixing instructions can be found under the additional information for this product. The accelerator is added to the base component, and the reaction initiator is added to the B component, which consists of water. After this mixing process, a 2-component product is obtained, which is processed using 1- or 2-component technology depending on the reaction time.
