HydroBloc 715 Diffusion - concentrated, solvent-free injection cream 0.310L cartridge

HydroBloc-Diffusion is a concentrated, solvent-free injection cream against rising damp - with 99.5% active ingredients. The injection cream is applied without pressure. HydroBloc 715 penetrates the building material capillaries in a controlled and uniform manner. Due to the high wetting energy of the concentrated active ingredients, the finest pores and capillaries are reached. Moisture and pore water are undermined and displaced. Through a chemical reaction, an insoluble bond is created between the silicate surface of the building material and the active ingredient in HydroBloc 715 Diffusion. As a result of this hydrophobing, the surface of the building material is no longer wetted and moisture transport is stopped. The building material dries out. HydroBloc Diffusion is solvent-free and does not introduce additional water into the building material.

Application is safe and reliable even at high degrees of moisture saturation. From a moisture saturation level of > 75% or in the case of masonry with many cavities, we recommend drilling in two staggered rows, where the distance between the rows should not exceed 8 cm. HydroBloc Diffusion cream is a solvent-free injection cream with a 99.5% solids content.

Substrate preparation:

• Old damaged plaster must be removed at least 80 cm above the visible moisture limit.
• Old, crumbling and poorly adhering plasters and coatings are to be removed.
• Scrape out defective joints 2 cm deep and fill with cement mortar MG III mixed with Cembond 956.
• Place drill holes at floor or ground level.
• Drill holes with a diameter of 13 mm at a distance of 12 cm. Depending on the building material, the holes are drilled at a 45° angle or directly into the bed joint.
• Drill hole depth: wall thickness minus 2 cm.
• Remove drilling dust by blowing out with oil-free compressed air or by vacuuming.
• Cover adjacent components that are not to come into contact with the product, or protect them with Trennfix 480.

Injection:

• The diffusion cream is introduced into the drill holes using a cartridge or the practical HydroBloc Diffusion hand pump AM-001.
• The injection lance is inserted completely into the drill hole and pulled out slowly during filling so that complete filling is ensured.

Drill hole sealing:

• To prevent the injection cream from evaporating, the drill holes are closed immediately after filling with a protective cap No. 082.
• After successful hydrophobing, the drill holes can be permanently sealed with SealFix expansion mortar 930.
