HydroBloc 715 Diffusion - concentrated, solvent-free injection cream 11 liters

HydroBloc-Diffusion is a concentrated, solvent-free injection cream for rising damp – with 99.5% active ingredient. The injection cream is applied without pressure. HydroBloc 715 penetrates the capillaries of the building material in a controlled and uniform manner. Due to the high wetting energy of the concentrated active ingredients, the finest pores and capillaries are reached. Moisture and pore water are undermined and displaced. A chemical reaction creates an insoluble bond between the silicate surface of the building material and the active ingredient in HydroBloc 715 Diffusion. Through hydrophobization, the surface of the building material is no longer wetted, and the transport of moisture is stopped. The building material dries out. HydroBloc Diffusion does not introduce any additional water into the building material.

Application is safe and reliable even in cases of high saturation levels. For saturation levels > 75% or for masonry with many cavities, we recommend drilling two offset rows, whereby the distance between the rows should not exceed 8 cm. HydroBloc Diffusion cream is a solvent-free injection cream with a 99.5% solids content.

Substrate preparation:

• Old, damaged plaster must be removed to at least 80 cm beyond the visible moisture limit.
• Old, crumbly and poorly adhering plasters and coatings must be removed.
• Scrape out defective joints to a depth of 2 cm and fill with cement mortar MG III mixed with Cembond 956.
• Drill holes at floor or ground level.
• Drill 13 mm diameter holes at intervals of 12 cm. Depending on the building material, the holes are drilled at a 45° angle or directly into the bed joint.
• Hole depth: wall thickness minus 2 cm
• Remove drill dust by blowing out with oil-free compressed air or vacuuming.
• Cover or protect adjacent components that should not come into contact with the product using Trennfix 480.

Injection:

• The diffusion cream is introduced into the drill holes by means of a cartridge or with the practical HydroBloc Diffusion hand pump AM-001.
• The injection lance is inserted completely into the drill hole and slowly pulled out during filling, ensuring complete filling.

Drill hole closure:

• To prevent the injection cream from evaporating, the drill holes are closed immediately after filling with a protective cap No. 082.
• After successful hydrophobization, the drill holes can be permanently sealed with SealFix expansion mortar 930.
