HydroBloc 575 Integral - ready-to-use PUR injection resin

HydroBloc 575 Integral is a ready-to-use PUR injection resin for waterproofing via injection.

The Integral grades consist of only one component and do not need to be mixed or accelerated.

Integral resins are supplied ready-to-use; due to their integrated hardener function, they react upon contact with the building material and set rapidly – even at low temperatures (!). However, the resins remain liquid inside the injection machine. There are no restrictions due to "pot life," and the time-consuming flushing of machines during work breaks is eliminated. Mixing errors are a thing of the past, as are problems with gummed-up machines and clogged hoses caused by overly rapid reactions at high temperatures or failure to observe processing times. Expensive labor time, flushing agents, and solvents are saved, making application much easier and safer.

Typical Applications

Integral resins are injection resins for sealing cracks, honeycombs, construction joints, and injection hoses; in short, all the classic applications for which multi-component products were previously required.

HydroBloc 575 Integral is the highlight of the INTEGRAL range, a highly elastic, hydrophilic resin with very low viscosity.

Like all Integral resins, 575 features rapid through-curing and excellent adhesion to concrete. No foam is formed, even on damp substrates or in wet environments! Due to its fast setting reaction, 575-Integral is also suitable for directly stopping flowing water (minor water inflow) – without the usual pre-injection with a foam resin!

IMPORTANT: Set HydroBloc 575 is swellable in water.

The resin independently compensates for volume changes in cracks and joints – the "SELF-HEALING EFFECT" of swellable ARCAN resins! The Integral resins cure through a hardener function integrated into the base resin; the reaction is triggered by even traces of water. The water (always) present in the environment—whether as residual moisture in mineral building materials or as humidity—is sufficient to start the reaction. Reactivity with water must be taken into account during processing; opened containers must always be sealed tightly immediately. The equipment used must be completely dry. Under no circumstances use equipment that has previously been used to process aqueous or water-containing products! Shelf life: 6 months
