In contrast to the classic Tröppel, the Tröppel light is a refillable bottle with an injection tube. To refill, the Tröppel light must be removed and opened. The classic Tröppel has an opening at the top, allowing it to be filled directly. Please note that the sketch above explains the injection process and depicts the Tröppel 019. The Tröppel light is a reservoir for the gravity-fed injection of low-viscosity injection agents into walls. With a capacity of 500 ml, the container allows for a very simple and reliable filling of the drill holes with the chosen injection agents. The system operates on the well-known principle of a siphon and independently feeds exactly enough injection agent to fill the drill hole. Overfilling is completely impossible with this principle; therefore, additional seals etc. are not necessary. The consumption of the liquid through the individual holes is easy to monitor. The Tröppel light thus enables the efficient and controlled introduction of injection liquids into the drill holes with little effort and at minimal cost, as the sturdy PE container can be reused again and again.

To use, the filled Tröppel light is simply hung in the prepared angled drill holes. The injection process then begins automatically and adjusts itself to the absorption rate of the building material. Voids, holes, and gaps are easily detected during drilling and can be treated accordingly.
